Position Description

  • As an Appointment Setter, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for initiating first contact with potential clients and setting up appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants. Your role is crucial in generating new business opportunities and contributing to our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce our solar solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and our services to spark interest among potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants to conduct in-depth consultations with interested homeowners.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and appointments set in our CRM system.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and friendly approach.
  • Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and the renewable energy industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and various communication tools.
